Happy Memorial Day!

We had a very busy Memorial Day this year! We started out the day by visiting my grandpa's grave in the Orem Cemetery. We gather with as many in my family who can make it, and we always sing a few songs and take some pictures. It's nice getting together there to remember him. After that we headed over to Big Lots to get some things they had a good sale on. We ended up getting a camcorder there, so we don't have any pictures from the day, just a few videos. After that we had a bbq with Andrew's family and played on the playground with Daphne a little bit. She did not actually enjoy that. We got to go home and take a nap after that, and ended the day with another bbq at my sister, Rosie's house. Just a few videos we made while playing around with our new camcorder that day. May Birthdays

May is a very popular month for birthdays in our families. We have my niece's birthday on the 5th, my mother-in-law's on the 8th, mine on the 9th, my brother-in-law's on the 16th, another brother-in-law's on the 19th, and Andrew's on the 22nd. So May is a very fun month for us! I don't seem to have taken many pictures for all our partying this month, but here are a few pictures of our festivities for Andrew's birthday at my parents. Well I've fallen behind again on my blogging. So this happened almost a month ago now....

One of my best friends, Kimmy, got married in the Bountiful Temple the second weekend in April. Andrew and I were able to attend the ceremony and luncheon afterwards. My family was kind enough to take Daphne for half the day. I was a little apprehensive about leaving her for that long--first time we've done that while she's been awake, but she had fun with her aunts and grandma. Kimmy looked gorgeous, and she and Tyler look so happy!! I'm so excited for them both! I love you guys!!

Anniversary

Well Andrew and I have now officially been married for two years! Since we already took a trip to celebrate our anniversary, we just ended up going out to dinner on our actual anniversary. We ended up going to Bombay House. It was super yummy! And Daphne gave us the best present of all! She started sleeping through the night this past week! It's been fabulous being able to sleep through the night again! It's been so long! And her first tooth just broke through too! She's growing up so fast! Happy Anniversary Andrew! I love you!
